We use a variety of recruitment methodologies, and offer our clients a range of services from search, through advertising assignment to contingency file search. As a consequence we are constantly handling a wide range of (often), unadvertised positions.

If you are looking for strategic career advancement, have time on your side, and are happy to remain reactive to wait for the right opportunity, we can help. But tell us. Don't let us waste ours, yours or our clients time if your needs are specific and your time-scale expansive.

If your need is immediate - tell us. Help us to help you.

The service we offer you is free. We are however here to make money. Our fee is charged to the client - we therefore have an obligation and a fundamental requirement to fulfill their needs. If we do not, they will likely go elsewhere.

You have to appreciate that even if you see a job advertised here on the web-site (or in any other advertised medium) and think it is your ideal job, if you are not what the client is looking for, we will not put you forward. We will however tell you why - honesty works both ways.

We can proactively work with you to help you get the job you want. If you know where you want to be, we can help you get there. If you know the market sectors or even companies in whom you are interested, we can initiate discrete and confidential contact on your behalf without compromising your current situation and without the target companies being aware of your identity or that of your current employer.

Any work undertaken proactively will of course be done with your consent and approval. We will only contact those companies previously approved by you.
